Confirm a Seguin Parole Release

Parole Is Not Probation
Parole is conditional release from TDCJ institutional confinement before the sentence fully ends. Mandatory supervision is another form of conditional state release governed by eligibility and release rules. Probation, also called community supervision in Texas, is ordered by a court and managed locally by Guadalupe County CSCD. A person can live in the same county under either system, but the records, officers, reporting terms, and verification routes differ.
